Veydex builds the software that runs behind the counter.

Business and automation solutions centred on till software and complete till systems. Sharpened on hospitality, built for any business that runs a till and a daily operation.

Why Veydex exists

A business that wants to move forward faces an unpleasant choice. Either it replaces its till system — in the middle of trading, with everything attached to it: articles, staff, routines, bookkeeping. Or it stays with what it has and gives up everything that has become possible since.

Veydex is the answer to that choice. There is the Veydex till for anyone buying anyway — it is in development and running in test operation. And there is Veydex Connect for anyone who wants to keep their system; that route is open today. Both lead into the same system, and over both a business reaches the same functionality.

For anyone buying anyway.

Both lead into the same Hub, with the same functionality.

The second route is not the smaller solution. It is the reason Veydex exists.

How we build software

Analytics, Forecast tab: €60,532 expected over the next 14 days, bars per day, typical error ±10.1 %, a table with base, trend and expectation per day and an explanation of how the forecast works.
Analytics, forecast tab: next to it stands how the forecast calculates. Demo data from the sample business “Stuhl 7”.

Arithmetic before guesswork

Numbers a business bases decisions on have to be checkable: time series, forecasts and comparisons can be traced at any time. The helpers explain them and make proposals — they do not replace the arithmetic.

Helpers: a proposal from the shift lead Mira to post an evening shift for Monday (€119.58), with mandate, permissions and level plus “Accept” and “Decline”; on the right the helper team Toni, Mira, Ben, Karla, Jo, Rosa, Nora and Kio with their status.
Helpers in the Hub: a proposal with its remit, authority and level, plus buttons to accept or decline. Demo data from the sample business “Stuhl 7”.

Limits are part of the feature

Every helper works at the level the business sets, and within clear permissions and safety limits. If someone objects, it does not happen.

  • The operation first, the feature second

A module comes from a job someone solves today with notes, a spreadsheet or five messages — not from a feature list that needs another line.

  • Bookable one by one, useful together

Nineteen modules instead of one bundle.

  • What is missing says so

Where a module falls short of its own copy today, that is written on the module line — on the pricing page, on the product page and in the quote.

Bookable one by one, useful together
Need two, pay for two. Grow, and add more — no second contract, no second login.
What is missing says so
A module that would come out empty, we do not sell.

Local-first is a decision, not a technology choice

The Veydex till is designed to sit in the venue and compute there. What it learns about how you work, it learns from your business — not from an average of a thousand others.

That has a consequence beyond technology: forecasts are based on your operation, not on an imagined one.

For the platform itself this does not hold across the board: anyone linking an existing till over Veydex Connect passes exactly that data to the Hub. Where it then sits and who processes it is on the Security & data page — together with the points still open there.

Your data. Your venue. Your hardware.

What we hold to

  • Integration, not replacement

The route through your own, still-running till is not a compromise but the core of the offering.

  • Hospitality first, never only

Retail and other trades are a confirmed part of the offering, not an afterthought.

  • The AI belongs to the venue

Close to the shop and tuned to that one shop. A statement about ownership and closeness, not about compute.

  • No dead buttons

Features without an implementation do not belong in the interface. What is not available yet is marked as such.

  • Specifics over claims

What is not evidenced does not appear on this site. Not even when it would sound good.
