The seven helpers speak up when something catches their eye. Kio is the one you can also ask yourself — in a chat, in whole sentences, without explaining first how your business works.

Kio works on the same data as the Hub — and under the same rules as the seven roles.
The difference
Any chat window can take typing. Knowing what you are talking about is the hard part.
A chat with no connection to your business can only answer in general. You supply the context, it supplies the wording. With Kio the context is already there: he reads the same data the Hub builds its views from.
He knows the context.
Ask about Saturday and he knows which Saturday, who was on shift and how many reservations sat on it. None of that needs sending along.
He recomputes nothing.
Kio takes the figures that stand in the Hub. He does not put a second truth beside your reporting — he explains the same one.
He does not stop at the answer.
An answer can turn into a proposal, and a proposal into an action — if you approve it.

Trust levels, limits and the checks before anything runs — what holds for the seven roles holds for Kio too. Being able to write to him does not widen what he may do.
- You set whether he observes, proposes, or may execute.
- Before anything runs, Veydex checks remit, level, limits, objection window and quota.
- If you object, it does not happen.
An answer is not an action. Your approval is.

He sees what your Hub sees. No more.
Kio holds no data of his own. He reads the areas you run — and an area you have not booked is not dark to him, it is absent.
So his answers reach exactly as far as your Hub does: as it grows, they grow with it. Add an area and he can talk about it from then on.
He knows a great deal about your business and nothing about the one next door.
