Veydex POSIn development

Till software and complete till systems.

The till is where your business earns its money — and at the same time where the data is produced that everything else computes from. Which is why at Veydex it is not a device on its own, but the first part of the system.

In test operation at selected venues — not orderable yet.

The core: a till that sits in the venue and computes there. Operated from ordinary iPads.

In development

The Veydex till cannot be ordered yet.

We are building it and putting it into test operation with selected businesses. What this page describes is therefore the state of the work, not a device you could have delivered. We will name a date for general sale once it stands — not before.

Open today Three steps to your first module.

While the Veydex till is in test operation, the open route runs over the till already at your place. Veydex Connect links it, and the Hub works on its data — reservations, shift plan, guest records, analytics and the helpers. No change of system, no new hardware, no waiting for a delivery date.

  1. 01

    Connect links your till

Over an API, a cloud connection, a local connection, a direct integration or the standardised export. Which route works for your system, the till check tells you — before you book, not after.

  2. 02

You book only the modules you need

Nineteen are in the catalogue: you book them one by one rather than as a bundle, each bookable module at a fixed price. Analytics is included in the Hub, and anything still in preparation says so on its own line.

  3. 03

    Fourteen days to try it

After that you decide which modules stay. The Phone AI is the exception: it starts straight away on a plan. Notice is fourteen days to the end of a billing month.

A sale in Veydex

What happens at the till does not stay at the till.

Sell, settle up — and understand your own venue while you do it.

A receipt coming out of the printer, next to a card terminal on the counter.
  1. 12:04The receipt is closed. The arithmetic happens on the till in the building, not in a data centre.
  2. 12:04TSE signature, GoBD-compliant record, done. Compliance is part of the transaction, not a later stage.
  3. 12:04The sale goes into the day's reporting.
  4. 06:10Next morning it is part of the briefing that tells you what changes today.

What is settled

  • Till software and complete till systems from one provider
  • Runs locally in the venue, not solely in the cloud
  • TSE, GoBD and Kassensicherung compliant
  • Operated from ordinary iPads
  • Setup deliberately kept simple

Ask Kio

Ask Kio how it works.

Kio answers from the same help articles as on veydex.com and links the article. If he finds none, he says so instead of making up a path.

Kio comes with every business: occasional questions are included in the Hub.

  1. You: How do I connect my current till to the Hub?
  2. Kio:

Under Operations › Tills, choose “Connect a till” and search for your system. The Hub then shows the routes that work for it.
