The helpers' three levels

  1. Level 1: Observe

    The helper spots something and shows it to you. Nothing more.

  2. Level 2: Propose

    The helper spots something and proposes a concrete action. The decision stays with you.

  3. Level 3: Execute

    For selected roles and within your limits, Veydex carries out approved tasks itself. Your rules still apply.

Five ways to connect your till.

Rather than a list of tills that supposedly work, we look at your system individually. Even a till that was never built for a cloud connection can be linked through its DSFinV-K export.

  1. APIYour till provider offers an interface. Veydex uses it to bring your till's data into the Hub.
  2. Cloud connectionYou grant access once in your till provider's account — and can withdraw it there at any time. We will not ask for your till password. If you prefer, you can sign in with your till login in the Hub instead; only the access is stored, not the password.
  3. Local connectionFor tills that only run on site: a connection on the premises that we set up with you once.
  4. Direct integrationTill and Veydex work together directly — no detour, nothing to do day to day.
  5. Standardised exportThe legally required till export (DSFinV-K) — which exists even on systems never built for a connection.

Does Veydex work with your till?

Do I need a new till?

No, and today it would not even be possible. Veydex Connect links the till already at your place and makes its data usable for the modules you have booked — no change of system. Our own Veydex till is in development and cannot be ordered yet, so the open route runs over yours.

Which tills work?

It depends on the system and the route available: an API, a cloud connection, a local connection, a direct integration, or the standardised till export (DSFinV-K) that every till with recording duties has. Rather than a list where not every entry has a working connection behind it, we check your system individually — the till check names the route and the limits before you book.

What does Veydex cost?

You pay per module, not for a bundle. The bookable modules run from 9 to 29 euros net a month, the Phone AI from 39 euros depending on the minutes plan, Analytics, Veydex Link and occasional questions to Kio cost nothing, and Payments bills at 0.9 per cent per transaction. Only what you have booked is charged — the pricing page adds your selection up for you. For new bookings from 1 December 2026, modules run from 9 to 39 euros; book before then and you keep your price.

Can I try Veydex?

Yes, for fourteen days and free of charge. The trial ends by itself: it does not turn into a paid contract without an explicit booking, and you do not have to cancel it. During the trial there are no availability or warranty claims — the full rule is in § 3 of the terms. The Phone AI is the exception: every minute on the phone has a cost, so it always starts on a plan.

How long does the contract run?

For an indefinite period. Either side may terminate with fourteen days' notice to the end of a billing month, unless agreed otherwise. Individual modules can be cancelled separately; when the last one is cancelled, the contract ends altogether. The full provision is in the terms and conditions.

Can Veydex change anything without my consent?

Only as far as you allow. Every helper works at one of three levels — observe, propose, execute — and you set it per helper; none starts at the highest. Even then, clear permissions and safety limits apply, critical actions can require your confirmation on top, and if you object, it does not happen. Any helper can be switched off at any time.

Which data does Veydex bring together?

The data from your till — takings, receipt lines, payment types, voids, discounts, articles — and that of the modules you have booked: reservations, shift plan, guest records, inventory, documents and more. In the Hub it comes together, so connections become visible that stay hidden in separate systems. Whatever your till does not hand out is missing in the Hub too; the till check shows that before you book.

Can I buy the Veydex till?

Not yet. It is in development and running in test operation with selected businesses; we will name a date for general sale once it stands. What runs in full today is the Hub on the till you already have. If you want into the test programme, write to us — that is what the contact page is for.
