What you will find here, and what not.
These guides answer questions that hospitality and retail businesses ask day to day: what has to be reported to the tax office when one till goes and another arrives? What has to keep working when the internet drops? What does your accountant mean by the DATEV export? Which rules does a staff rota have to follow, and what helps against guests who book and do not turn up?
Every text answers its question first and only turns to Veydex at the end — with what Veydex can do today and what it cannot. Deadlines and duties come with their source: the German Fiscal Code, the Till Security Ordinance, the Working Hours Act, letters from the Federal Ministry of Finance. Where the answer depends on the individual case, the texts say so and point to a tax adviser or lawyer.
If you already use Veydex and want to know how something works in the Hub, the step-by-step guides are in the help centre. This is about questions every business asks, whatever software it runs.
Your question is not here?
Short answers are in Help. Whatever depends on your business and your till, we settle in a conversation.
