Till and Connect
Having Veydex set up the till
When connecting, choose “veydex sets it up for you” and then Request setup. That's all you need to do; under Tills › Requests you see how it is going. The team never asks for your till password.
If you would rather not deal with the technical side, the Veydex team takes over.
How it works
- 1. Open Operations › Tills and choose Connect a till.
- 2. Pick your system.
- 3. Choose veydex sets it up for you and then Request setup.
It then says We're on it., and the till shows veydex is setting it up. You don't need to do anything else.
What happens next
The Requests tab shows how it is going. If the team really needs something from you, it asks there; the reply also arrives in your inbox.
The team never asks for your till password.
