Old till export missing in Analytics

You read in a till export under Settings › Integrations › Read a till export, see Upload a DSFinV-K export. The receipts are then in the Hub, even if Analytics shows “No POS data for …” for older days.

Why

For the overview, daily chart and forecast, the Hub builds daily figures. It recalculates them every hour, but only for the most recent days, so that late receipts and corrections land on their day. Days that already lie further back when you read the export in get no daily figures.

Where older days are missing

• in the Analytics overview with the daily chart and the comparison with the previous period
• in the Forecast
• in the reports Revenue by day, Labour hours vs revenue, Load by weekday, Reminder effect and Phone AI: calls
• in “What is different today?”

Where they count

Calculated straight from the receipts:

• the reports Top selling items, Labour cost and ratio and Staffing and revenue through the day
• the trade comparison
• Shrinkage & voids
• in Menu, What gets ordered together
• Item linking in Settings, which also links retroactively

Receipts from the most recent days appear in Analytics too after the next hourly run.
