Save a card or direct debit

Without a saved payment method you pay each invoice yourself on Stripe's invoice page. With a card or direct debit, new invoices pay themselves.

Add one

1. 011. Open Billing and there Payment.
2. 022. Choose Add payment method.
3. 033. Enter a card or your IBAN for SEPA Direct Debit.
4. 044. Choose Save payment method.

Your details go straight to our payment provider Stripe. Veydex never sees your card number or IBAN; the Hub only shows which payment method is saved.

Change or remove it

• Change: enter a different payment method.
• Remove: you then pay new invoices yourself on Stripe's invoice page again.

If your card has expired, the Hub says “The card has expired.” New invoices are no longer charged to it; save a new card or bank account.

If the payment form doesn't load, an ad blocker can be the cause. Turn it off for the Hub and try again.

Only the owner saves payment methods.
