Delete a business (workspace) for good

Deleting a business can't be undone. Only do it if you are sure.

Before

• Export what you need to keep, for example from Guest records, Analytics and Billing.
• If paid modules are still running, cancel them first in the Marketplace or talk to support.

Delete

1. 011. Open Settings › Data & privacy.
2. 022. Under Danger zone, choose Delete workspace.
3. 033. Type the business name exactly as it is shown there.
4. 044. Choose Delete permanently.

You are signed out afterwards.

What happens

• The business and all its data are deleted.
• The business address under veydex.app becomes free.
• If someone on your team only had access to this business, their account is deleted too.

Only the owner can delete a business. If you only want to delete your own account and the business should remain, use Delete account.
