Where is my data stored?

The application is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Gunzenhausen, with data centres in Germany and Finland, i.e. within the EU.

What else applies

• Separate per business: each business has its own data. Access to one business is no access to another.
• Email: Veydex sends messages through Brevo SAS, with data centres in the EU.
• Your data stays yours: the rights to the data you put into the Hub remain with you.
• Analysis across many businesses is only done aggregated and anonymised, for example for benchmarks. No single business or person can be identified from it.

What is still open

Some details are still listed as open points on the Security and data page rather than as promises: for example the encryption methods in detail, backups and recovery, and which AI providers are behind the phone AI and the helpers. If you need them for a decision, ask us.
