Publish your page: confirm the legal notice, see what is missing

Only a complete page is published: a name, a way to reach you, a legal notice with the details your legal form requires, and your confirmation that the legal notice and privacy information are correct. If anything is missing, Veydex names the field.

In Veydex Link you always edit a draft. Guests only see what you publish, so a typo never goes live straight away.

What must be there before publishing

  • the business name
  • a way to reach you: phone, email or address
  • the legal notice (Impressum): name as registered, legal form, street and number, postcode, town and email. Depending on the legal form, Represented by and the register entry are added, for example for a GmbH, UG, KG or e. K.
  • for privacy, one of three ways: the standard text describing what Link itself does, your own text of at least 200 characters, or a link to your existing privacy policy
  • your confirmation that the legal notice and privacy information are correct and that you are responsible for them
  • a confirmed email address on your account

If something is missing, Veydex says exactly what, for example that the legal form is still missing from the legal notice.

If the page is reviewed first

With certain content, the first publication does not go online straight away but to a short review by Veydex. You are notified as soon as it is decided. Exactly the version you sent for review is released.

Who publishes

Publishing, legal notice, address and domains are with the owner. The shift lead can edit the page and submit the draft for approval; you then get a notification.
