Short
Veydex builds till software and complete till systems for hospitality, retail and related businesses. What can be booked today is the Veydex Hub, attached by Veydex Connect to an existing till system instead of replacing it; the Veydex till itself is in development and running in test operation.
Long
Veydex builds business and automation solutions centred on till software and complete till systems. Businesses reach the platform today through Veydex Connect, which attaches the existing till without replacing it. The Veydex till itself is in development, running in test operation, and cannot be ordered yet.
On the platform, the Veydex Hub, businesses book individual modules for reservations, shift planning, customer contact, stock, payments and analysis. The analysis is plain algorithms; the helpers built on top of it work at trust levels the business sets itself.
The Veydex till is laid out as a local computing unit in the venue: the models learn the patterns of that one business there, and it is operated through off-the-shelf iPads. Veydex is TSE, GoBD and Kassensicherung compliant.

- Logo and wordmark
- As a vector file on request. Please do not lift it out of the website: the version built in there is made for the screen, not for print.
- Interfaces
- Views of the Veydex Hub are supplied on request at print resolution, together with a note on which part of the system is shown.
- Venue photography
- The photographs on this site are generated images. They show no real businesses, no customers and no staff, and are therefore not suitable as press pictures.
One sentence that belongs in every caption of an interface
The names, figures and bookings inside the interfaces shown are synthetic demo data and do not describe a real business.
Name usage
Not an essay on trade marks — the four places where texts about us regularly go wrong.
- Veydex
- Capital V in running text. The wordmark itself is set in lower case — that is design, not spelling. “VEYDEX” in caps is not a version of the name.
- The product names
- Veydex POS, Veydex Hub, Veydex Connect, Veydex Helpers — with a space and without a hyphen. Two of them carry different names in German: Veydex Kasse and Veydex Helfer. After first mention, “the Hub” is fine.
- The modules
- The individually bookable modules carry their own names: Reservations, Customer records, Shift plan, Phone AI and so on. They are part of the Hub and not standalone products.
- What does not exist
- No “Veydex AI”, no “Veydex Cloud”, no “Veydex Suite”. If a term is not on this site, it does not exist.
What we will not comment on
On how the product is built, how a third-party till is attached, how the helpers work and where the computing happens, we will speak at any time. On four things we will not, and a deadline does not change that:
- Customer numbers, revenue, market share and growth rates.
- Names of individual businesses. We name references only once a business has expressly agreed.
- Comparisons with individual competitors.
- Dates for features that are not finished.
