A helper gets the data of its remit — and none besides. Jo sees the till, not the rota. Mira sees the rota, not the margin. That is not a setting somebody can forget, it is the cut of the role.
And you decide how far it may go.
Levels of trust
From “show me” to “get it done”.
You set the trust.
Every role works at one of three levels. You set it per helper — and take it back whenever you want.
Level 1
Observe
The helper spots something and shows it to you. Nothing more.
Level 2
Propose
The helper spots something and proposes a concrete action. The decision stays with you.
Level 3
Execute
For selected roles and within your limits, Veydex carries out approved tasks itself. Your rules still apply.
A proposal takes shape
Two roles, one proposal — and an approval that stays with you.

- 14:05Mira draws a proposal from it: one more person from 6 pm.
- 14:06The proposal goes to you — not into the rota.
- Before anything runs, Veydex checks remit, trust level, limits, objection window and quota.
- If you object, it does not happen. Repeated refusals lower the autonomy by themselves.
A proposal is not an action. Your approval is.
Control
Automatic does not mean unchecked.
Before a helper carries anything out, Veydex checks, among other things:

And if you object, it does not.
Limits
A system that knows its limits.
Veydex does not raise trust quietly.
If proposals are turned down repeatedly, the system lowers that helper's autonomy by itself.
If the collaboration keeps working well, Veydex may propose a higher level.
The decision stays yours.

The helpers live in the Hub — you switch them on there like any other module. They build on the areas you already run; without those areas they see nothing.
No helper starts at level three.
