Accept an invitation
In the invitation email, open “Accept invitation”, enter your first and last name and set a password. If your address already has a Veydex account, sign in with your existing password instead.
If a business has invited you, you get an email with the Accept invitation button. The link is valid for 14 days and works once.
New to Veydex
- 1. Open Accept invitation.
- 2. Enter your First name and Last name.
- 3. Set a password: at least 10 characters and one special character.
- 4. Choose Join.
You are then signed in to the business. Under Apps you see what you can get on your phone, such as Veydex Shift. You sign in there with the same email address and password.
You already have an account
If the address already has a Veydex account, for example from another business, sign in with Your existing password. If you have two-factor sign-in turned on, the Hub then asks for the code. Your account stays as it is; the new business is added.
The invitation is no longer valid
If the page says “This invitation is no longer valid”, the link has expired, been used or been withdrawn. Ask the business to send you a new invitation.
