Helpers, Kio and analytics
Choosing Kio's model: Auto, Mino, Ayla, Elian
On the left of the Kio chat input field is the button with the model, for example “Auto”. Auto picks the right one per question; Mino is for quick things, Ayla for everyday work, Elian for thorough work. What you can pick by hand depends on your Kio package.
Kio works with three models. Auto is usually the best choice.
The models
- Auto (Recommended): Kio picks the right model for each question, fast where that's enough, thorough where it's needed.
- Mino: for quick questions, looking up figures and short texts.
- Ayla: for everyday analyses, texts and plans.
- Elian: for tricky analyses and strategy. Also counts toward your 5-hour limit.
How to choose
- 1. Open the Kio chat.
- 2. On the left of the input field, choose the button with the model's name, for example Auto. Clicking the display below the input field (Weekly limit: …% used) opens the same.
- 3. Pick the model. Below, it shows how much of your limits is left.
What your package allows
- With “Hub included”, so without the helpers, Elian is not included.
- With Kio Start, which comes with the helpers, Elian is only available via Auto.
- In some packages Elian is only available via Auto. The model then shows Only via Auto in your plan.
- A locked model says what it comes with: without the helpers included with the helpers (Kio Start), otherwise the smallest Kio package that includes it.
If you pick a model your package does not allow by hand, Kio says so, and with Auto it picks one that is included.
