Declining a proposal
On the card choose Decline … (key N), give a reason if you like and confirm with Decline. Declined means: it does not happen.
A declined proposal is not carried out.
How to decline
- 1. On the card choose Decline … or press N.
- 2. Write a reason or pick one of the suggestions: I'll do it myself, Not right now or Numbers are off. The reason is optional.
- 3. Choose Decline. Back cancels.
The reason then appears in the case's history.
At level 3
If the helper works at level 3, a deadline runs on the card. If you decline before it ends, nothing is carried out. Later is not available while the deadline runs. More in A proposal runs by itself.
Approvals in the inbox
You decline approvals in the inbox in a similar way, but there a reason is required. See Approvals in the inbox.
