Switching on the helpers

In the Hub the helpers are a module of their own. You switch them on in the Marketplace like any other module.

How it works

1. 011. In the sidebar, open Admin › Marketplace.
2. 022. Choose Helpers.
3. 033. The page shows which helpers work right away with your booked modules, and below that which would join with another module.
4. 044. Try or book the module.

You then find the helpers in the sidebar under Team › Helpers.

The helpers add Kio Start: seven times the Kio usage you have without the helpers in all, plus Kio tasks over several days and extra usage, see Kio packages. You can ask Kio himself without the helpers too, see Asking Kio something.

Which helper needs which module

• Toni needs no module of his own; he runs on the Hub itself.
• Mira needs the Rota, Ben Stock, Karla Analytics, Jo Shrinkage & voids, Rosa Reservations, Nora the Menu.

If the module is missing, the helper appears on the right under Your helpers with needs and the module's name. From there you get to the module.

Where a helper starts

Every helper starts at level 2: it proposes and you decide. Jo starts at level 1 and only reports. No helper starts at level 3. How to change the level is in Setting the trust level.
