The counter view for a tablet
Under Team › Helpers › More › Counter view the Hub shows today's revenue, the next reservations and whatever needs attention, in big tiles that refresh every minute. You cannot decide anything there.
The counter view is meant for a tablet at the counter.
How to open it
- 1. Open Team › Helpers.
- 2. On the right under More, choose Counter view.
- 3. Full screen hides the sidebar and header. To return, leave full screen.
What it shows
- Right now: revenue today, receipts and average ticket if a till is connected, with how current the till data is.
- Coming up: the day's next reservations, if you have Reservations booked.
- Heads up: how many proposals are waiting for you and whether the till data is stuck.
The view refreshes every minute while it is open.
What it cannot do
You cannot accept or decline proposals here, only in the stack under Team › Helpers. On a phone there is no counter view; the overview shows the same there.
