Halting all helpers or pausing one
With “Halt all helpers” at the top of Team › Helpers, none acts on its own any more and running deadlines stand still. You pause a single helper in its profile with the On duty switch.
There are two ways: halt all at once, or pause a single one.
Halting all helpers
- 1. Open Team › Helpers.
- 2. At the top choose Halt all helpers.
After that no helper speaks up, proposes or acts until you let them continue. Proposals already there stay where they are; their deadlines stand still. You cannot accept anything in the meantime.
To continue, choose Resume all helpers. The Hub then tells you whether the helpers have just had a look and when the next round is.
Pausing one helper
- 1. On the right under Your helpers, choose the helper.
- 2. In the Settings tab, switch off On duty.
A paused helper stays quiet. Tasks to it only work again once it is back on duty.
Only the owner can halt or pause.
