Helpers, Kio and analytics
Instructions for Kio and the helpers
Under Team › Helpers › More › Instructions you write what Kio and the helpers should know about your business, such as tone and particulars. Instructions do not change tool or safety rules.
The instructions hold what applies to your business and what a model could not otherwise know.
How to set them
- 1. Open Team › Helpers.
- 2. On the right under More, choose Instructions.
- 3. Write what should apply, for example: “We're a breakfast café. Keep answers short and friendly.”
- 4. Choose Save instructions.
What they apply to
To Kio and to every helper that works with a language model: tone, priorities, what makes your business different. Kio follows them as well when he is asked through Kio in the sidebar. The instructions can only be set with the helpers.
What instructions cannot do: widen rights, lift limits or skip approvals. Tool and safety rules are unaffected.
Helpers of your own also have their own Instructions field on their card.
