Who sees my Kio chats, and how do I delete them?
A chat with Kio is visible only to you; nobody else in the business sees it. Earlier chats has older ones, Delete chat removes one. Without a new message, a chat is deleted after the period stated in the chat.
A chat with Kio belongs to whoever is having it.
Who sees it
Only you. The chat says only visible to you. It does not appear among the helpers' cases either. That holds for every role: whoever asks Kio from the team has their own chats, and the owner does not see them either.
New chat and earlier chats
- New chat starts afresh.
- Under Earlier chats you open an older one and keep asking there. Kio then knows what you wrote before.
Deleting
- 1. Open the chat.
- 2. Choose Delete chat and confirm.
This cannot be undone. Changes you approved through the chat stay in the log.
How long a chat stays
The chat states for how many days its history is kept. A chat without a new message for that long is then deleted by itself.
