Kio packages and extra usage

Every business can ask Kio. How much depends on whether you have the helpers and which Kio package comes with them.

Without the helpers: Hub included

Every business has “Hub included”: Kio for occasional questions, roughly 20 a month, at no extra cost. Kio answers questions about the Hub and your booked modules and lays out changes for your approval. Once the month's allowance is used up, Kio tells you when it continues and how to get more with the helpers.

With the helpers: Kio Start and more

The helpers add Kio Start to the free allowance, during the 14-day trial too: seven times the usage without the helpers in all, plus Kio tasks over several days and extra usage. There is nothing extra to buy for it and no line of its own on the invoice. A larger package replaces Kio Start.

If the helpers end in the middle of a month, Kio Start stays until the end of the month; after that “Hub included” applies again.

If you need more, choose a larger Kio package. Prices cover the helpers and Kio together, net per month:

• Kio Start: €29, included
• Kio Start Plus: €39, 2.2× the usage of Kio Start
• Kio Everyday Compact: €49, 4.3× as much
• Kio Everyday: €69, 8.7× as much
• Kio Everyday Plus: €119, 20× as much
• Kio All Day: €179, 33.3× as much
• Kio All Day Plus: €329, 66.7× as much

In the Hub, a package's size is shown as a multiple, not as an amount in euros. All prices are also on Pricing.

Booking

1. 011. Open the Marketplace and choose Kio, or open Kio, choose Usage at the top and the Plan tab.
2. 022. Pick the package first, then the size.
3. 033. Confirm. The invoice opens in a new window; the package applies as soon as it is paid.

Only the owner can book, and only once the helpers are booked. If it says Kio packages can't be booked online yet, Veydex support enables them on request.

Changing and cancelling

• A larger package costs the difference for the rest of the period and applies once that invoice is paid.
• A smaller one applies from the end of the period.
• With Cancel Kio package it continues until the end of the period. After that you have Kio Start again with the helpers, or “Hub included” without them. Your Hub subscription is not affected.

Extra usage

If your weekly limit isn't enough, you buy more under Kio › Usage on the Extra usage tab with Buy more. It is measured in weekly limits: 1 × is as much as your package releases in a week. Extra usage comes with the helpers (from Kio Start); without the helpers there is none.

With Buy automatically, Kio buys more when it runs low, at most up to the amount you enter under At most per month (€). If a payment fails, the automation switches itself off.
