Reading Toni's briefing
Every morning Toni puts a briefing in front of you: what matters today, each point with its source. You find it on the Today overview with Read briefing, and in Toni's profile on the Briefing tab.
Toni gathers what has come together in the areas of your business and lays it out as one briefing.
Where you find it
- On the Today overview, as soon as it is ready: Your briefing for today is ready with the number of points. Read briefing opens it.
- Under Team › Helpers in Toni's profile, Briefing tab. It also says when the briefing is from.
What is in it
Every point has its source. What Toni can show depends on what you have booked, for example:
- revenue, if a till is connected
- reservations and expected guests
- who is on the rota and where staffing falls short
- what drops below the minimum stock level
- with Analytics, how the day compares to the forecast
Toni needs no module of his own. With few other modules, the briefing is shorter.
When it arrives
Toni runs on the daily schedule, once a day from six in the morning. How to change the schedule is in How often a helper looks.
