Can't cancel: another module needs it
A module that another booked module builds on can only be cancelled once the dependent one is no longer running. The Hub tells you which modules need it.
Some modules build on another one:
- Loyalty, Marketing and Memberships need Guest records.
- Tips needs the Rota.
If you try to cancel the foundation while a module is running on it, the Hub says: “This cannot be cancelled yet, these apps need it: …”
How to go about it
- 1. First cancel the modules the Hub names.
- 2. Then cancel the foundation.
A cancelled module keeps running until its end date and counts as booked until then. So you can only cancel the foundation once the dependent module has ended. If that timing doesn't work for you, write to support@veydex.com.
The same applies the other way round when booking: you book a dependent module only once its foundation is running.
