Change your business name, industry and how guests are addressed
Under Settings › General you change the display name, the industry and how the Hub addresses your guests. Every change is then recorded in the activity log.
Your business details are under Settings › General. Only the owner can change them; everyone else can only view them.
What you set there
- Display name: what your business is called in the Hub and in messages to your guests.
- Industry: decides the words in the Hub, such as guests or customers, and which modules lead the Marketplace. Nothing is booked by it.
- Address guests as: Sie (formal) or du (informal), for German texts. This applies to the booking page, emails, reminders and the phone AI. Reminder texts you have already written stay as they are.
How to save
- 1. Change one or more fields.
- 2. Choose the button at the top right that counts your changes, for example Save 2 changes.
- 3. If you made a mistake, choose Undo in the confirmation.
What lives elsewhere
- Street and town belong to your location: Settings › Locations.
- What appears on your invoices, the company name and address, you set in the Billing details under Billing.
- You change your Hub's address in the Subdomain field on the same page.
