First check the status page to see whether an issue is known. Then you know within seconds whether it is on your side or ours. If nothing is listed and your business is stuck, call us.
- 1. Open the status page. It shows every service with its state, current incidents and announced maintenance, live from status.veydex.com.
- 2. If an issue or maintenance is listed there, the same page shows since when and what is new.
- 3. If nothing is listed and your business is stuck, call us: +49 157 58353026.

Hear about issues
On the status page you can enter your email address. You first get an email with a confirmation link. Only after you confirm do notices about issues and maintenance arrive.
