Manage several locations
Under Settings › Locations you add further locations, each with its address, time zone and the end of its business day. You assign tills to a location so their sales show up there.
A business in the Hub is an organisation with one or more locations. The Hub creates the first location when you sign up.
Add a location
- 1. Open Settings › Locations.
- 2. Choose Add location.
- 3. Enter Name, Short code, Address and Time zone.
- 4. Under When does your business day end? set until when sales after midnight still count towards the day before.
- 5. Choose Save location.
Each location has a status: Active, Planned, Paused or Closed. A closed location is kept, and its sales still belong to it.
Assign tills
If a till is not assigned to a location, its sales count towards the organisation but appear in no location report. In the list, choose Choose location … and Assign. You connect new tills under Tills.
Brands
If you run several concepts under one organisation, group locations under Brands. If you don't need that, leave it empty.
Only the owner manages locations.
A view across several separate businesses, such as a branch comparison or combined billing, does not exist yet.
