Several businesses with one account
If you belong to several businesses, you switch via the business name at the top of the sidebar. Each business has its own address, its own data, its own team and its own billing.
One account can belong to several businesses, for example as owner in one and shift lead in another. Your role applies per business.
Switch between businesses
- If you sign in through hub.veydex.com, the Hub asks: “Which business do you want to open?”
- If you sign in at a business's own address, that business opens.
- Later you switch via the business name at the top of the sidebar, or on the phone via the name at the top.
The data stays separate. Access to one business is no access to the others, and each business books and pays for its modules on its own.
Add another business
Sign-up always creates a business with a new account. If you enter an address that already has an account, it says: “An account with this email already exists.”
To still reach both with one account:
- 1. Sign up the second business with a different email address.
- 2. In it, under Settings › Access & roles, invite your usual address with the Owner access.
- 3. Accept the invitation and sign in with your existing password. Your account stays as it is.
If the shops belong to the same company, one business with several locations is often enough.
A combined view across several businesses does not exist yet.
