Are WhatsApp, birthday greetings or a fixed time possible?

Not yet. What exists and what does not:

• Channels: email and SMS. The history lists WhatsApp Business and Push (App) as not connected yet.
• Timing: a distance before or after the start of a reservation or an appointment, in minutes, hours or days. A fixed time such as “6 pm the day before” does not exist.
• Occasions without a booking: birthday, “90 days without a visit” and “right after a missed appointment” cannot be triggered. Their templates appear in the list marked as not available yet, because sending only knows distances before or after the visit.
• Guest records have no birthday field.

What exists for appointments: recall for customers who have not had a service for a long time.
