Gaps, cleaning plan and inspection report

Under “Hygiene & HACCP”, “Gaps” shows what was missed in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, the “Cleaning plan” shows the week as a grid, and “CSV for the inspector” downloads the report for the last 30 days.

Whatever is missing should catch your eye, not the inspector's. There are three views onto the same records for that.

Today

The Hygiene & HACCP page shows what is still open today or this week, and how many deviations there were. The Hub's overview reads the same figure.

Gaps

  1. 1. At Gaps, choose the period, for example 30 days.
  2. 2. In the panel, set the Period to 7, 30 or 90 days.
  3. 3. It shows “… missing records” with day and check point, or No gaps.

Weekly checks are measured against the week; the current week does not count as a gap yet. A check point cannot have missed anything before the day it was created. Add later closes a gap if you still have the paper slip, see Correct or add a reading later.

Cleaning plan

At the top, choose Cleaning plan. The week shows as a grid: seven days per task, black done, yellow overdue, grey open today. Point at a field to see time and name. Previous week, This week and Next week move through the weeks, Print prints it. The plan includes check points of type cleaning and frying oil, and every checklist with a fixed cadence.

Inspection report

At the top, choose CSV for the inspector. The file covers the last 30 days: business day, time, check point, type, value, unit, target range, assessment (“i.O.” for fine, or “Abweichung” for deviation), action, remark, who measured and, for checklists, each item with yes or no. Umlauts come out right in Excel too.

Instructions, training and maintenance records do not belong in this report but in Documents, see Audit pack for an inspection.
