Track minutes and change the Phone AI plan
Under Settings › Plan and minutes you see how many minutes the month has used and what goes on your next invoice beyond the allowance. With Change plan you see before every change what it costs and when it applies.
The Phone AI bills by plan and minutes. What a month costs you see in the Hub before the invoice arrives.
View minutes
- 1. Open Phone AI › Settings › Plan and minutes.
- 2. Under This month you see the conversations and the minutes used out of your allowance.
- 3. If you are above it, it shows how many minutes and which amount will go on your next invoice.
Below that you see Your plan, the Next renewal and, if there is one, the Open change.
Change plan
- 1. Choose Change plan and the new plan.
- 2. The Hub first shows you minutes and price a month and what is due now.
- 3. Higher: The switch is charged right away, prorated until renewal. The new plan applies once payment arrives. Confirm with Switch and pay; if it is only a few cents, they go on your next invoice.
- 4. Lower: The switch applies from the next renewal. Until then you keep your plan; the period is paid. Confirm with Schedule switch.
While a change is open, a second one is not possible. You take back a scheduled change with Withdraw.
