Team and Veydex Shift

Let Mira plan the week

In the plan, choose “Let Mira plan the week”. Mira works out a draft from demand, rules, preferences and cost, and each shift says why it is there and why this person. You take it over with “add as drafts”, and only you publish.

The autopilot makes a draft for the week. It assigns nobody: you take over the draft, and your team sees nothing until you publish.

How it works

  1. 1. Open Rota › Plan and choose Let Mira plan the week. “Plan Week …” opens.
  2. 2. Pick the Goal: Balanced, Lowest cost or Wishes first. If you like, enter a Weekly budget.
  3. 3. Plan from shows “demand: POS, reservations, opening hours” or one of your week templates.
  4. 4. Go through the shifts. Open one to see Why this shift, Why this person, a Note if there is one, the Break under § 4 ArbZG and Alternatives. Untick whatever you don't want.
  5. 5. Choose … add as drafts. Then publish as usual.

The autopilot leaves published shifts alone. It only replaces drafts.

If you want something different

Write it under Message to Mira, for example “Felix is off on Friday” or “one more at the bar on Saturday evening”, and tap Send. It becomes a constraint and the autopilot recalculates. Below the reply you see what changes; the Hub worked that out. Remove constraint takes one out again. The conversation has 200 messages per business per month. If no AI model is set up for your Hub, the autopilot still plans, just without the conversation.

Where demand comes from

From your till's revenue forecast, the guests booked and the minimum staffing during opening hours. Under Assumptions about the business you set Revenue per staff hour, Guests per staff and Minimum staff while open. Without any source it plans from a fixed weekly pattern.

What your team sees

For every shift from the autopilot, Veydex Shift shows “Why am I scheduled?”. The Hub recorded the reason when you took the draft over.
