Importing or exporting a guest list

Exporting

1. 011. Open Guest records.
2. 022. Below the list, choose All guests as a file.

You get the file `gaeste.csv` with every guest, not just the 100 the list shows: name, email, phone, visits, no-shows, first and last visit, allergies, notes, tags, marketing allowed, reminders allowed, blocked. The column names are in German. Excel opens it with umlauts intact.

Importing

Not yet. Guest records currently has no button for bringing in a guest list from a file.

This is how guests get into the records:

• by themselves from every reservation with a phone number or email
• from appointments in the appointment book
• by hand through Add guest, see Adding a guest by hand
