Setup, step by step
Under Settings › General › Setup you find the guided steps from the start to your first reservation. You can do each step, skip it and come back to it later.
Once your business is created, the Hub walks you through setup. You find it as a card on the overview and at any time under Settings › General › Setup with Open setup.
What it covers
Which steps you see depends on the modules you have booked or are trying. Typical ones are:
- Your business: name, industry and address. The address belongs to your location.
- Timezone: so day boundaries, greetings and reminders match your business's clock.
- Confirm your email: invoices, the reminder before a trial ends and password resets go to this address.
- Two-factor sign-in
- Opening hours: reservations, shift planning and the phone AI work with them.
- with Reservations: Areas and tables and First reservation
- depending on your modules, more steps such as Connect your till, Set up your menu or Invite your team
How to work through it
- 1. Open setup. At the top you see what is Up next.
- 2. Do the step right there or open the area it leads to.
- 3. If a step does not fit right now, choose Skip. Do it after all brings it back later.
Setup is done by the owner. Anyone signed in with another role cannot edit it.
