Approving what Kio wants to change

Kio always works this way: he prepares, you decide. There is no level at which Kio acts by himself.

In the chat

If Kio wants to change something in the business, the chat shows a proposal with the note Nothing happens until you approve.

• Approve carries it out.
• Reject means it does not happen. Under Why not? (short) you can give a reason.

Kio only makes proposals to the owner, because only the owner can approve. The card shows whom it concerns, for example the guest's name and the party size, and for a change, under Before, what it was.

If someone has changed the same thing themselves in the meantime, for example moved the reservation by hand, the approval counts as Outdated and overwrites nothing.

In the inbox

The same proposals also appear in the Inbox under Show approvals only. You can approve or decline them there just the same, see Approvals in the inbox.

What Kio can propose

Only what lies in your booked modules, for example:

• create, move or cancel a reservation, or put a guest on the waitlist
• create, change, swap or advertise a shift as open
• record a HACCP reading
• book loyalty points or stamps, with a reason
• mark a message as read
• create a document draft from a template, or an order or a campaign as a draft

Anything that would not work, such as a time in the past or a table that is taken, Kio does not propose; he tells you why. Drafts send nothing, and guests get no email from Kio's proposals. Nothing goes out until you do it yourself in the module.
