Kitchen, stock and hygiene
A check round on the phone
On the phone, open “Hygiene & HACCP” and tap “Start round”. You measure one check point after another with a large keypad, and the target band shows while you type whether the value is inside.
Readings are taken where they happen. The round takes you through everything still open today or this week.
The round
- 1. Open the Hub on your phone and go to Hygiene & HACCP. “Checkpoints today” shows what is open.
- 2. Tap Start round · … open.
- 3. One check point per screen: type the value on the keypad; Toggle sign makes it negative, for example for the freezer. The target band says straight away “Within target range” or “Above 7 °C, action needed”.
- 4. For a checklist, tick the items.
- 5. Record it and move on to the next check point.
At the end, Round done lists everything you recorded. Every line carries your name and the time.
If something can't be measured
Choose Can't measure. The Hub asks whether to leave the point without a reading. Leave open records nothing; the point stays open today and appears in the gap list. You can measure later at any time.
If a value is outside
The round asks for the corrective action straight away, see Deviation and corrective action.
On a computer or tablet
The round only exists on the phone. On a computer or tablet, open an open check point and choose Record; it is recorded with the current time. Check points “per delivery” are not part of the round; you record them when a delivery comes in.
