Create and sort categories
In the Menu overview, Categories lists all categories. New category and Create category add one; renaming, moving up or down and deleting also happen there. Only an empty category can be deleted.
- 1. Open Menu. In the Menu tab you find the Categories section with the number of dishes per category.
- 2. Enter a name under New category, such as “Desserts”, and choose Create category.
- 3. Rename changes a name, Move up and Move down change the order on the menu.
- 4. Delete only appears for categories without dishes. Move the dishes to another category first.
Categories apply straight away, without publishing.
Sorting dishes
You pick a dish's category under Category on the dish. The order within a category is changed on the dish with Move up and Move down; that is part of the draft and applies once you publish.
