A copy of your personal data (GDPR)
Under Settings › Data & privacy, “Download as PDF” gives you a report on your account and everything your businesses store about you as a person. Staff find this under My account.
Everyone with access to the Hub can check for themselves what is stored about them.
- 1. Open Settings › Data & privacy. As staff: My account › Data & privacy.
- 2. Under Download my data, choose Download as PDF.
The file is called my-data with today's date. It contains your account and what your businesses store about you as a person.
What it doesn't contain
Your business's data, that is guests, team and invoices, is not in this report. You export it in the individual modules.
When a guest asks
Your business is responsible for your guests' data; Veydex processes it on your behalf. If a guest asks about their data, you answer as the business, for example with what Guest records holds about them.
