Export data from the Hub
You export your business's data in the individual modules, for example as CSV from Guest records, Analytics, Hygiene & HACCP or Shrinkage & voids. A one-click export of all business data doesn't exist yet.
Each module exports its own data. For example:
- Guest records: your guests as a spreadsheet
- Analytics: every report as CSV
- Hygiene & HACCP: your readings and checks
- Shrinkage & voids: voids, discounts and shrinkage
- Tips: the released payout for payroll
- Menu and Documents
- Billing: your invoices with All as CSV
Exports are usually done by the owner. The Accounting access can export the areas it may read.
What doesn't exist
- A one-click export of all of a business's data doesn't exist yet.
- The exports are lists of figures, not a bookkeeping file. The Hub does not produce a DATEV posting batch.
You download your personal data as a person as a PDF under Settings › Data & privacy.
After your contract ends, you can still export your data for 30 days. Back up beforehand whatever you have to keep.
