A helper's learned rules and questions
If you keep changing proposals the same way or answer a question, it becomes a rule. All rules are listed in the helper's profile under Learned rules and can be deleted there one by one.
A helper learns from your decisions, but only in a way you can read back.
How a rule comes about
- From corrections: if you keep changing the same value to the same thing on proposals, such as the supplier, the helper suggests a rule. You save it with Save as rule. Amounts never become a rule; a “more this time” stays a one-off.
- From questions: if a helper cannot decide something itself, it asks a question with two or three answers. Mira asks, for example, whether you are open at all on a day when nobody is on the rota. Your answer becomes a rule.
The owner answers questions, because the answer applies to every future run.
Viewing and deleting rules
- 1. Open Team › Helpers and choose the helper.
- 2. In the Settings tab, the Learned rules are at the bottom.
- 3. At a rule, choose Delete and confirm.
If nothing is listed yet, the helper has not learned a rule.
