How much Kio is still free

Kio, the helpers and Kio tasks share one allowance. The Hub shows it as a percentage, not in euros.

How large it is

• Without the helpers, “Hub included” applies: Kio for occasional questions, roughly 20 a month, at no extra cost.
• The helpers add Kio Start: seven times as much as without the helpers in all. A larger Kio package gives more, see Kio packages.

It is released week by week, on the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of a month. What you don't use in a week stays available until the end of the month.

Where you see it

• Below the input field you see how much is used, for example Weekly limit: 5% used, with a bar. Clicking it opens the model choice, which shows how much is left.
• At the top of the chat, Usage opens the overview. Without the helpers it is called Kio usage, with the tabs Usage and Privacy. With the helpers it is called Kio usage and plan and also has the tabs Plan and Extra usage.

What Usage shows

• Weekly limit: how much of what has been released so far is left, for example “80% left”, and when the next weekly limit comes.
• 5-hour limit: only with the helpers, for the Elian model. What Elian uses is free again five hours later.

When it is used up

Kio tells you in the chat, as an answer and not as an error, with the day and time it continues. Everything else in the Hub keeps working. Without the helpers it adds that Kio Start comes included with them; the owner also sees the button View helpers, with the helpers More usage.

If the 5-hour limit is used up, Mino and Ayla remain available.
