Forgot your password

On the Hub sign-in page choose “Forgot password” and enter your email address. You get a code that is valid for 15 minutes. With it you set a new password without waiting for us.

1. Open the Hub sign-in page and choose Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address you sign in with.
3. You get a code by email. It is valid for 15 minutes.
4. Use the code to set a new password.

You do not need to wait for us.
