Get notified about outages by email
On the system status page, enter your email address under “Hear about issues”. After you confirm by link, you receive notices about outages and maintenance.
The system status page shows live from status.veydex.com how Veydex's services are doing: every service with its state, current incidents with their history, announced maintenance and the incidents of the last 90 days. All times are in German time.
Set up notifications
- 1. Open the system status page.
- 2. Enter your email address under Hear about issues.
- 3. Choose Get notified.
- 4. Open the email from the status page and confirm the link in it.
Notices only start after you confirm. If no email arrives, check your spam folder. If signing up does not work, you can also sign up directly on status.veydex.com.
If the status page is not answering, the website shows no state rather than guessing one. Then check status.veydex.com directly.
