Getting started
Find things fast with search
Press Ctrl+K, on a Mac ⌘K, or use the magnifier to open search. It finds pages and commands, reservations for the next seven days, your team and reminders, and depending on your modules also guest records and documents.
Search is the quickest way to a page, a reservation or a person.
How to open it
- on a computer with Ctrl+K, on a Mac with ⌘K
- or with the magnifier at the top, on the phone at the top right
What it finds
- pages of the Hub, such as Billing or Settings
- commands, for example Add reservation or, with Documents, Create document
- reservations for the next seven days
- your team and reminders
- with Guest records your guests, with Documents your documents
Use the arrow keys to select a result, Enter to open it and Esc to close search.
If it finds nothing, it tells you where it looked. For anything more than seven days ahead, open the area itself, for example Reservations.
