Guests and reservations
Add a membership
Under Memberships choose Add contract, find the guest from Guest records, pick the plan and the start date. Term, notice period and fee come from the plan; the fee is fixed when the contract is signed.
A contract links a guest from Guest records to a plan. The Hub works out start, term and fee.
How to add it
- 1. Open Memberships and choose Add contract.
- 2. Under Member, search for the guest by name, email or phone. The contract belongs to a guest record; if the guest does not exist yet, add them in Guest records first, see Adding a guest by hand.
- 3. Choose the Plan and the Start.
- 4. Choose Create contract.
The fee is copied onto the contract when it starts. A later price rise on the plan does not make this contract more expensive. If the plan has a signup fee, it is created as a charge of its own at the start.
If the guest already has a running contract, the Hub does not create a second one and offers you Open that contract.
The membership card
Find a member with Find a member, by name, phone or plan. The card shows plan, benefits, fee, minimum term, notice period and the next fee, with term and fees as a timeline below. In the sections Fees, Freezes, Cancellation and Contact you do the rest.
For an access request, use Data export at the bottom under Privacy to download contract, fees and freezes as one file.
