Guests and reservations
Reservations in your calendar, as a file or printed
Under Settings › Integrations › iCal feeds you create a link your calendar subscribes to. You can print the list of reservations; the owner can export it as a file.
Subscribing in your calendar
- 1. Open Settings › Integrations and then iCal feeds.
- 2. For Reservations, choose Create link.
- 3. Copy the link right away with Copy link and paste it into your calendar app as a URL subscription. After that, the Hub only shows it shortened.
Anyone with the link can read the reservations, including guest names. If it is lost or in the wrong hands, create a new one with New link; the old one then stops working. Revoke switches it off completely.
The calendar only reads. You still enter new reservations in the Hub.
Printing and exporting
- 1. Open Reservations › List.
- 2. Print prints what the list currently shows.
- 3. Export downloads the reservations as a file that Excel opens. Only the owner sees this button.
