Stamping visits from Guest records

Under “Members”, the owner chooses “Stamp visits from the guest file”. Every member then gets a stamp for each visit of the last 90 days, none twice. If a visit later falls away, the Hub takes the stamp back by itself.

Anyone who comes through a reservation or an appointment has a visit in Guest records. You credit these visits as stamps without stamping each one at the counter.

How it works

  1. 1. Open Loyalty and then … Members.
  2. 2. At the bottom, choose Stamp visits from the guest file.

The Hub says how many visits were stamped.

What counts

  • Visits of the last 90 days: reservations that were Seated or walk-ins, and appointments in the appointment book set to Done, each linked to the guest.
  • Only for schemes of the type Stamp card. A points scheme needs an amount.
  • Each visit counts once. You can press the button as often as you like.

When a visit falls away

If Seated turns back into Confirmed or No-show, the visit moves to another guest or is deleted, the Hub reverses the stamp by itself. The account then shows the credit and its reversal next to each other.

Good to know

The Hub does not stamp at every check-in by itself. Only the button credits the visits.
