Switch on the per-register view
Under Shrinkage & voids › Settings, the owner switches on the per-register view with Switch on. The Hub records who did so and when. Where a works council exists, its consent is needed first.
By default, Shrinkage & voids shows no names and no register IDs. Analysing who voids how much counts as performance and conduct monitoring under section 87(1) no. 6 of the German Works Constitution Act. Where a works council exists, it needs the council's consent. Whether you may switch it on is not for the Hub to decide.
Switching on
- 1. Open Shrinkage & voids, tab Settings.
- 2. Read the note under View per register ID.
- 3. Choose Switch on and confirm in the dialogue “Switch on the per-register view?”.
It then shows the date it was switched on. The Hub records who switched it on; switching on and off is logged.
What you then see
- Per register ID: receipts, revenue, voided and rate, sorted by rate, not by total. Whoever takes the most money also voids the most.
- IDs that clearly fall outside the usual range are marked as “outlier”. A deviation is a question, not a finding.
- If there are too few people with a register ID in the period, the Hub shows nothing: in a small group even a total is personal. The minimum is shown under Settings.
- Receipts without a register ID only count towards the business's rate. Many tills do not send one.
What stays the same
The export stays without a person column, even with the view switched on. A file gets forwarded by email and leaves every access rule of the Hub.
Switching off
Choose Switch off. The record of who switched it on and when is cleared; the log keeps the event.
Only the owner can switch it on or off.
