Data processing agreement (DPA)
When you use the Hub, Veydex processes personal data on your behalf; there is a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR for that. You can't download it yourself in the Hub yet; request it from us before you sign.
Your business is responsible for the data of your guests and staff. Veydex processes it on your behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR governs this, and it forms an annex to the contract.
What it covers
The agreement describes which data Veydex processes for what, with annexes on technical and organisational measures and on sub-processors.
How to get it
It can't be downloaded in the Hub yet. Request it before you sign, using the contact form or at kontakt@veydex.com.
It currently exists as a draft. Legal review is still outstanding, and the document says so itself.
What lies with you
- For health data such as recorded allergies you need a sound legal basis.
- If you send reminders, review requests or advertising through the Hub, you obtain the necessary consent.
