Till and Connect
Sending the instructions to your till technician
When connecting, choose “My till technician handles it” and then Send instructions. You enter their email address and they receive everything they need by email. As soon as the till reports for the first time, the connection shows as connected.
If a dealer set up your till and looks after it, they can also connect it.
How it works
- 1. Open Operations › Tills and choose Connect a till.
- 2. Pick your system.
- 3. Choose My till technician handles it and then Send instructions.
- 4. Enter the technician's email address, and if you like a name and a note, such as “Only the till in the dining room, please”.
- 5. Choose Send.
Your technician receives by email everything needed for the connection. They do not need access to the Hub for it.
How you know it worked
As soon as the till reports for the first time, the connection switches to connected by itself.
